Lift engineering combines electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical engineering, providing constant challenges and variety. Our trainees learn through a blend of on-site work and formal training, including college attendance one day a week or distance learning for an NVQ3 qualification. This ensures they gain both practical skills and essential knowledge.

The program covers service, refurbishment, and repair work, giving trainees a well-rounded skill set. Under the guidance of experienced engineers, they become confident professionals ready to excel in the field.
