All our lift maintenance services are designed to assist you in just this – keeping a well-maintained lift in first class condition while also improving reliability, safety and efficiency. Our engineers are all trained to a minimum of NVQ3 or equivalent, and have the knowledge and experience to repair and maintain all types and makes of lift throughout the UK.

Lift Maintenance Contracts
ACE Lifts offers three levels of lift maintenance contracts which are then tailored to the correct amount of maintenance visits to your lift(s). The three types of service level agreements will be tailored to suit every budget and type of lift. We offer a full 24 hour 7 days a week 365 days a year emergency breakdown call out service to all of our customers with lift maintenance contracts. We can also undertake planned repairs at your convenience.
The three levels are as follows:
- Standard Service
- Premium Service
- Comprehensive Service
Standard service includes a selected amount of maintenance visits, and does not include repair costs or call out charges.
Premium service includes a selected amount of maintenance visits and call out charges; it does not include repair costs.
Comprehensive service includes a selected amount of maintenance visits, call out charges and repair costs.
All of our service agreements, regardless of type, includes:
- adjustments to your lift
Misuse is not covered by any contract type.
