This collaboration marks an exciting 12-month journey where we’ll be working together to enhance our cutting-edge remote monitoring maintenance solutions for lifts across the UK. Our goal is to continue leading the way in reducing lift breakdowns, improving safety, and ensuring that our customers always have up-to-date documentation through our cloud-based portal.
The focus of this SMART Partnership will be on reviewing and upgrading our current system to ensure it meets the ever-evolving needs of our clients. By embedding critical knowledge and advancing our technology, we’re taking a strategic step toward future-proofing ACE Lifts’ market position. This initiative is part of our broader commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, helping us to deliver even better service and reliability to our customers.
We’re particularly excited about the opportunity this partnership provides to develop our in-house Intelligent Lift Management Software system. As our Managing Director, Charles Salter, expressed, this is just the beginning of our journey to meet our growing customer demands more effectively.
