What does the Operations team do?
The Operations Department plays a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day running of the company, ensuring efficient service delivery each day. Our responsibilities include coordinating schedules for engineers and subcontractors, managing breakdown call-outs and routine maintenance, handling customer inquiries, and processing key administrative tasks like insurance reports, purchase orders, and quotes. Additionally, we support other departments by taking on ad-hoc tasks as needed, always ready to lend a hand wherever necessary.
