Our heavy duty CDL goods-only lifts offer a range of models that carry loads up to 1500kg. Over distances of up to 10m or 4 stops.

- Maximum travel: 10m
- Headroom: 3.2m
- Pit: 220mm required or optional ramp
- Speed of travel: 0.15m/s
- Lift controls: Automatic call & send controls at each landing entrance. Overload sounder with visual beacon on each landing entrance, including ‘Lift Here’ beacon as standard.
- Configurations: Up to two entrances on each floor; single car, through car & adjacent entry
- Power Supply: 415v three phase
- Choice of sizes: bespoke for application, standard sizes available
- Lift Structure: Non—fire rated steel with blue finish (RAL 5002)
- Lift Structure Types: Fully assembled framework (2 or more sections), or kit form for difficult access installations (30 or more steel sections)
- Cladding: Sheet cladding (RAL 7039) goose-wing grey as standard
- Internal Car Height: 2000mm as standard *
- Car: Constructed from a mild sheets with a tough powder coated epoxy finish (RAL 7038), wooden bump rails and steel chequer plate floor. LED lighting with overload device.
- Car Entrance: Defender door, swing open with electro-mechanical interlocking. Robust design for industry usage.
- Landing Entrances: Galvanised concertina gates for minimal encroachment in front of the lift with vision panel
- Control Cabinet: Can be placed on any landing within 4000mm of the landing entrance *
- Safety: Complies fully with the Essential Safety Requirements of The Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
- Warranty: All our lifts are supplied with a 12All 12-month warranty as standard and we offer a range of service options tailored to suit your specific requirements (see ILM lift monitoring
