ACE Lifts Have Been Awarded the FairPlay Employer Award

We are delighted to announce that ACE Lifts have been awarded the FairPlay Employer Award by Chwarae Teg. This is awarded to businesses who recognise areas of good diversity practice and demonstrates our commitment to sustaining a fair and inclusive workplace. We are delighted to have achieved this award and will continue to develop our practices to maintain our high standards.

ACE Lifts’ Values

Towards the end of last year, we at ACE Lifts were awarded the achieving level of Chwarae Teg’s FairPlay Employer Award. This award is presented to companies who demonstrate a commitment to creating and sustaining a fair and inclusive workplace and we have been continuing to develop our working practices to ensure further improvements are made. Reward and recognition strategies have been implemented, and improved, to support our employees and our bi-weekly employee engagement surveys ensure we remain focused on key areas for improvement.

The FairPlay Employer Award is awarded to businesses in recognition of good diversity practice and our business practices have shown our commitment and drive to offering an inclusive environment for everyone. Our company objective is to continually exceed our customer’s expectations by providing all staff with excellent learning and training support to ensure ACE Lifts always surpasses the industry norm. Over the past 12 months, we have been developing a training strategy to bring L&D for all staff in-house, to support the design and delivery of specific and targeted training to all staff. This is combined with staff undertaking external training courses relevant to their individual roles to ensure continual development is offered.
This award recognises our ongoing work to create a working environment where all employees can thrive and our commitment to improve diversity and developing talent will continue.
